Went for mom's birthday twice! We went when they had lobster and wow it was well worth the price.
Good variety of food. The sodas are flat. They should have crab forks so you can pick out the meat. The service was above average. They cleared out plates and kept the place clean. It wed my second time there and will go back.
Yummy! I love this place! From sushi to sashimi, octopus salad, crab, poke bar, rolls, and the hot food, the yakitori and the dessert bar, there is something here for everyone whether you like seafood or not. Can't wait to go back! Service is decent and the ambiance is generally pretty busy, but you can't beat the fact that you are eating within minutes of being seated Lobster night Thursdays are a bit overrated in my opinion, but might be worth trying one time. It's a lot of waiting around and people clamoring and impatiently clawing at the lobster Save your money and go any other day of the week and make due with crab
Came here for a family birthday gathering. If you like to eat at buffets and enjoy seafood, specifically crab legs, this is a good place. The food overall was okay. I didn't expect to eat top quality sushi. Be mindful that there is a time limit and that crab legs are supposedly not available every night.
My first time at this place even though my siblings bragged about it for years. This place ain't cheap.. you better come ready to chow down! lol There's a lot of food to choose from. The best item is the sushi. It's fresh and also a variety of menu items. I enjoyed the variety of ways shrimp was cooked. Their salt and pepper shrimp was good, and a nice size as well. Their crab legs were good, the only thing would be nice if they had the cutter to make it easier to open them up and eat as they had the cracker device but the crab shells were somewhat soft. Their soups could use improvement as well as the dessert. Otherwise, enjoy the sushi and the better stuff anyway.
All you can eat for $55 on Thursdays and you get lobster and crab legs. Count me in! 100 seafood is always packed but they move through the line pretty quickly. The service and decor is expected. The Chinese food is mediocre so I stick with the seafood, sushi, cheap beers and the ice cream for dessert.
Im not sure about the bad reviews!! This is by far the best buffet in san diego. I have been to so many aweful ones ones in the san diego/karney mesa/la mesa area and man, this is elite. I have the best crab legs, lobsters, and crawfish here. Shrimp,m is perfect here and their noodles just melts in my mouth. Please do yourself a favor ignore all the bad buffet. Service is good but when they get busy it might he slow.
This is the cleanest buffet I have ever been to. The interior design is a refreshing departure from the traditional Asian style, leaning more towards a modern aesthetic. The layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate the various food stations. Clean restrooms is a plusss. The food stations offer an impressive variety of dishes, including soups, steamed buns, and a wide range of proteins. You can enjoy chicken, seafood, fish, sushi, steak, and unlimited crab legs. The selection is extensive, catering to diverse tastes and preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. Three critiques: First, the teppanyaki grill options were limited and tough luck if the cook is bad. Second, the tables were placed too close together, making it difficult to navigate between them. I often had to walk around farther just to reach the food stations. Third, the buffet is quite expensive, so I would probably only visit on special occasions.
